Why Families Call Us About Pomona Probation Violation Bail Bonds
Bail Bonds Pomona has helped 867+ clients over 20+ years. On a probation call, you hear the facts about the violation and any new charge before we discuss a bond.
Help in Spanish or English
Our bilingual agents explain a violation hold or a new-charge bond in Spanish or English, whichever your family prefers. Ask about the warrant, the court or the paperwork in either language.
Your Relative's Case Stays Private
A probation case already involves reports to an officer and the court. Our agent keeps what your family tells us private and handles each call about the case with discretion.
Respect for Every Family
A violation can start with a missed check-in or a new arrest. Our agents treat you the same either way, with courtesy and no lecture about your relative's choices.
Patient With First-Time Callers
If PC 1203.25 is new to you, we explain it at your pace. The court decides release on the violation itself, and a bond can cover only a separate new charge.
Start by Phone or Through the Form
You and any cosigner can start a new-charge bond from home: apply by phone or through the site form. Our agent sets up the premium and payment plan around your budget.
Probation Arrests and Where a Bond Fits
Different statutes govern probation, parole and PRCS arrests, and only some leave room for a bond. Find your relative's situation to see who decides release and whether money plays any part.
An Arrest on the Violation Alone
Police or a probation officer may rearrest a probationer under PC 1203.2 with no warrant. LA County's 2026 misdemeanor schedule marks that arrest for Magistrate Review, which is not release. PC 1203.25 then favors own recognizance, and no bail bond applies.
A Violation Plus a New Charge
A new arrest while on probation puts two questions before the court. PC 1203.25(g) leaves the new offense under the usual bail rules, so we can bond money bail on a new felony or misdemeanor. The violation gets its own ruling.
A Probation Violation Warrant
Under PC 1203.2, a judge may issue a rearrest warrant over a suspected violation. Because PC 1203.25 bars bail bonds on the violation, a walk-through bond can help only with a warrant for a new charge.
PRCS Flash Incarceration
For someone on postrelease community supervision (PRCS), LA County Probation may order a PC 3454 flash incarceration, a jail stay lasting 1 to 10 days that needs no formal hearing. No bail attaches, and PC 3455's court release power excludes flash terms.
A Parole Hold
A parolee held on a violation may wait in county jail for revocation proceedings. LA County's 2026 schedules list no bail for that hold, yet PC 3056 and PC 3000.08 let a court order release outside a flash term.
A Formal Revocation Hearing
The judge reads the probation officer's report and may modify, revoke or end probation (PC 1203.2). Beforehand, PC 1203.25 lets a court hold a misdemeanor probationer only for disobeying a court order, and any bail must be cash.

Three Simple Steps to a Bail Bond
1
Initial Payment
Phone (888) 998-9511 whenever the arrest happens. Once you know the bail amount, you review and sign the agreement, then make a low down payment toward the standard 10% premium.
2
Customized Payment Plan
We split the remaining premium into a written payment schedule built around your budget. A long case adds no second premium, since California outlawed renewal premiums in 2022 (Penal Code 1276.1).
3
Securing Release
A licensed agent files the bond with the jail or station holding your relative. That facility sets its own release pace, and we keep your family posted until your relative walks out.
Areas We Serve
We take probation calls from any Pomona neighborhood and across Los Angeles County. Police across the San Bernardino County line may book your relative into West Valley Detention Center, which we also cover.

Probation Violation Bail Bond FAQ
These answers follow the Penal Code sections behind probation and parole arrests. If your relative's paperwork says something else, read it to us over the phone and we will walk through it.
Can you get a bond after violating probation?
Not on the violation, where PC 1203.25 favors own recognizance and counts only cash as bail. A new charge can carry money bail we can bond, and on a money-bail felony, LA County's 2026 felony bail worksheet adds a $25,000 enhancement for anyone on parole or felony probation.
What does probation violation no bond mean?
It means the jail has no bail figure to accept, so your relative stays in custody until a judge or the supervising agency acts. For a violation warrant, LA County Probation suggests working through an attorney or going to the court that issued it.
Do I still need a bail bond under LA County zero bail?
The violation takes no bond. Under the Pre-Arraignment Release Protocol, many new charges draw Cite and Release or Book and Release, except for someone on felony probation, parole or PRCS, who goes to Magistrate Review. The magistrate rules on the new charge alone, so a supervision hold can keep them jailed.
Is it better to pay bail or bond?
On a new charge, the choice turns on your savings. Posting $20,000 in cash ties up the full sum until the case ends, while a bond costs a 10% premium of $2,000. Once the jail accepts the bond and no probation hold remains, release takes 2-6 hours in our experience.
Can a bail bondsman pay a cash-only bond?
PC 1203.25 treats violation bail as cash only, ruling out bail bonds and property bonds, so a bondsman cannot post it. If your relative makes every court date, a family member who posts the cash recovers the full amount under PC 1297 by claiming it with the receipt after judgment.
